I have written two briefing papers on environmental themes.
Extending the right to roam: the Countryside Code, Covenant and Christianity
This paper explores some of the theological questions which Christians might want to ask when considering their position on any extension to the right to roam and asks whether there is a distinctive voice with which Christians as individuals, or the church as a body, might be able to contribute to the debate.
The full paper can be downloaded from the JRI website.

Integrating creation care into mission planning in a post-covid urban setting
This paper explores the positive and negative issues that the Covid-19 pandemic has exposed in urban and suburban communities, and the opportunities which have arisen from a new context to rethink and repurpose local mission. Mission Action Planning and Eco Church are considered as possible frameworks which churches may use.
